The licence
One licence lets one person install and run SalesPipe on one computer. A trial, when offered, is the full app for the stated period. A Pro licence runs while it is paid for; a lifetime licence, when offered, covers the major version you bought for as long as you like. You may not resell, share or reverse the app.
Your accounts and your messages
The app acts through your own mailbox, WhatsApp number, Facebook account and AI provider keys. You are the sender of every message. You agree to follow the laws and the platform rules that apply to you, and you accept that a platform may limit or close an account that it judges to be misused. The app's limits are a help, not a guarantee.
What we promise, and what we do not
The app is provided as it is. Asad Mahmood will fix reported faults as quickly as a one-person company can and will not promise any result, lead count or reply rate. To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for the licence in the previous twelve months.
Paying, cancelling, refunds
Payments are taken by Polar as merchant of record, which issues the receipt and handles tax. You can cancel at any time and keep using the app until the paid period ends. Refunds are given within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Changes to these terms
Changes are dated below and listed in the changelog. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
