Changelog

What has shipped in SalesPipe, dated, newest first. Entries come from the project's own progress log; each one ran for the founder's businesses before it appeared here. Internal phase names are left out.

  1. WhatsApp paces one number for every campaign

All campaigns now share one WhatsApp day of at most 18 first messages, with rest and light days each week. Every first message gets its own opening, shape and an easy way to say no; the app rests when too few people answer and stops for days if WhatsApp restricts the number.

  2. Signed Mac app installed; native desktop app designed

The Mac build is signed with a stable identity so macOS privacy grants survive updates, and it was installed on the founder's machine. The design for the native window, tray and onboarding was approved; a public marketing site was started.

  3. Prospect replies reach your chat once each

Answers from people on WhatsApp and email are delivered to the owner's chat exactly once. A Connections page lists every model, search and data source with its allowance, use and spend.

  4. Lead finding on a lighter browser

Anonymous reads such as Google Maps searches moved to Lightpanda, cutting browser memory by about ten times on the founder's laptop; Facebook and WhatsApp stay in Chrome with the owner's own login.

  5. Facebook pages, groups and desktop apps

Posting to a page, reading comments and group posts, friend requests and replies became typed actions behind the approval gate. The engine can read other desktop apps' windows through macOS Accessibility once you grant it.

  6. Your conversations, by your rules

The app handles chats with new numbers only, never saved contacts or your existing conversations, and sends to a person only in that person's daytime. WhatsApp pacing was lowered to 8 to 13 a day for a number's first week.

  7. WhatsApp first, then email

When a lead has a phone number the app writes on WhatsApp through the official client, with warm-up limits, random daily counts and a stop on limit warnings; email is the fallback. Three real mailboxes were verified live.

  8. Plain words in the owner chat

No command words to remember: say it in English or Roman Urdu, and anything that sends, stops or spends asks “Shall I?” first. Any goal becomes a program the app composes and shows you as a plan card.

  9. Email outreach with warm-up and replies

Sending from the owner's own mailbox with daily warm-up ceilings, two follow-ups and reply detection; a first local web page for drafts and today's counts.

  10. Owner Link and the Operator

Telegram and WhatsApp as the owner's remote control, with status, pause, resume and answers that never interrupt a running step. The Operator learns a browser task once and replays it without model calls.

  11. First scaffold

A local, deterministic pipeline: find, research, judge, write, send, with every step journaled in SQLite so a crash resumes where it stopped.
